If you would like to get in touch with one of our GPs for your project, please fill in your details according to the form below and our moderator will forward your request onto the GP in question. You will be notified once your message has been verified, but please remember that beyond that stage the GP Living Library does not mediate contact between yourself and the GPs. Please note that we do not provide a review system, and are not equipped to address minor grievances. However, each GP represents themselves and their profession according to AHPRA guidelines, so if your GP has breached these guidelines, please address the subject line “GRIEVANCE: AHPRA BREACH” so that our moderator can review your issue.
For GP-to-GP projects (such as clinical supervision), supervision will occur over a secure (HIPAA accredited) platform, and after making the initial contact, you will be able to contact your supervisor or partner directly. Supervision sessions can last for up to an hour, and each hour long session costs $200, paid through our electronic system once the session is booked. We do have technical support for those who struggle to connect, but if technical issues continue, and your session is not viable, your $200 fee will be refunded.
